| Burnt out on history |

Well today I was rained out and spent most of it watching history channel. Little bit burned out on tv so decided to give this one more whirl. Did see all ten episodes of Band of Brothers and would suggest it to just about anyone. Five out of five, two thumbs up and all of that rating stuff. Went to take care of some banking issues and funny thing they want money to do anything so i came home with hopes of working when it just kept raining. Oh well they need it with water rationing and all so wasn't a total loss i guess. Wrote Brad another letter and watched for the next 'cane. Think that this one will be a fish though, or could slam into New York harbour. That one would be a disaster to say the least. Don't want no one hoping for that though wouldn't wish it on anyone. Wont know anything until next week though so the waiting game begins again.
Started getting my gear ready again and made a check list of supplies on hand. Even checked out camera and batteries. I need new rechargable ones. Called vendor contacts to see if anything was up but no sucess. Got mail from Steph (thanks) she is ready to have baby and move out of california. The sooner the better i say cause they are overdue for the big one. oops my mind has drifted back to work. well if it comes soon at least i will have a place to stay. Right Steph? Sure is quiet now guess no one wants to get out and holler and honk when it is raining. Still too early for ice cream truck he wont show up until around ten. Need scoping graph paper and to try on cougar paws (roof climbing boots that i bought back in May). They are just collecting dust. Sure hope this year is not a bust lots of adjusters going back to other jobs now. They have a thread on my favorite web site about just and already several in last two weeks gone back to real jobs. Some are hiding new fifth wheels and trucks from repo man so guess it could be worse for me. Must remember that i didn't even start working last year until end of Sept.
Well at least you see what is on my mind these days. Changed by pic think that i may go into professional wrestling got the look for it dont you think. bet yall are tired of looking at my gourd head so changed photo while playing with camera. Gona change it on myspace to cause i dont look like fat bastered any more. I forgot to tell Brad about new hair cut oh well probably doesn't care any way think that i am only one who is impressed with it. But will need to trim face before going to work dont think that anyone would open door for me. Especialy retired military who is the ones that i will most likely be working for. Gona go now think that Exodious decoded comes on tonite and haven't seen it yet. BFN Bill

After finaly figuring out what tagged really was here is my responses: Well guess first and foermost is that I just got finished shaving my head. No one knows until you read this and i am the only one who has seen it. Did you know that my head is pointed and i think that i must be a conehead from another planet. Sure is easy to care for though just grab a bar of soap and away you go. think that i will keep it for a bit but shaving sure takes longer now and most of you know how much i like shaving.
Did you know that pearl beer comes from the land of 1100 springs and i still don't like the way it tastes. That is an intreesting fact about me beings i like most all Texas beer's even prefer them over just about any other beer import or domestic. I bet that now it comes from the water treatment plant and probably doesn't even taste as good as it once did. Heard that they are going to open up the old brewery here in town into some kind of shopping center or museum or something like that.
Lets see three more (beer counts as two separate things). thing that i am starting to get razor burns or some kind of rash on my head. May need to rethink this whole Dr. Evil look! I dislike extreems like too hot or too cold that is why i like insurance adjusting besause it could possibly keep me in warm climate in winter but i will miss my wife very much since she will go to work full time this fall! Guess that i will have to go to her. She may not like me because of my head and i might get a cold if it snows on me.
five- I can go for hours in my truck and not have any type of radio/music/distraction on inside with me. I once drove from the east coast of FL to Ft. Worth with no radio on nearly the entire time. Sometimes i listen to rock or country or a cd that was made for me by kristi or one that the kids left in my truck. I once tuned in to a hip-hop station on purpose and listened to it for several miles. It reminded me of Germany and made me start thinking about all that we did over there.
And last of all-I think that i am going to enjoy my grandbabies very much and cant wait until they can come and stay with me and we will go for walks and i will teach them how to chew tobacco ( just kidding kids dont want to get that bad habit started i think that i will even quit before they get any ideas.
So to recap 1) Iam bald 2) dont like pearl beer 3) do like texas beer 4)i guess that i am luke warm K will have a hey-day with that) i will work on that one 5) silence is golden but music of all types is good as well 6) bring on lots of grandbabies!

| Another hot one! |

Today was another hot one down here in ole san antone, but that is what life is all about you cant always get what you want. Wait do I hear another song lyric coming on? Naw too easy just thought that I could use this post as an opprotunity to plug my game. Ha. Well all of the crap going on over at the other site that I frenquent is keeping me from doing my job over here. It is CADO or catadjuster.org They have this long term ongoing battle with some of the adjusters there and it gets pretty heated and there are some who do not have any patience for "newbies" which are new adj. with little or no experience. Some even call me a Newbie and I have been doing this since 04, closed more claims than most of them in their first two years, and a whole lot smarter than most. But because I do not have the gift of gab I will just sit silent most of the time. Tonite I stirred the pot and the arrigant asses are just about ready to run me off because i am not qualified to do such things as I have not earned my stripes yet. BULLSHIT to that recon the moderators are ready to shut that thread down but you know me i can't just sit back and not jump in to the fight.Go check out the squabbling out when you have time "today's post" is the best link on home page. Well that is enough about something that "normal people" dont really care about.
I wish that I was either home with my loving wife or on Cat duty this really sucks! Oh by the yay what is a tag and can i play. This looks fun and there are more bells and whistles over here. Got to go work for Steve tomorrow and possibly friday as well guess i will have to stop and get me a bacon, bacon burger but maybe i will skip the fries this time as i am counting caloric intake right now. What if I weighed shit out put instead as that seems to be more of what i am about these days? just a thought. Also i meant what I said about Spell check it is definatly of satinic origon so please don't use it and besides it will make me look smarter!!

| Clear headad and late! |

Here I sit trying to write what is going on and I realize that it is of no use. The time just seems to slide by with no reguard for my well being. Talked to Jess tonite about going to Durango and they want or need to take a large car. It may even have 20's or spinners for all that I know? Tried to talk her into getting a smaller car but she does't think all of their stuff in it. May have a point there but don't think that we need much stuff. You see I will be riding to Durango with them so I guess they think that I take up much space. Little does she know that I have lost weight. Besides rode for 31/2 hrs to airport in july in rumble seat where i couldn't even move with knees tucked under chin! Gonna let Kristi try to talk her into more economy size because Daddy is chicken to say this is overkill.
Speaking of Durango it will be a pleasent change to be home after all of these years away from there. At least that is the way that i feel. I think that I am melting here. Going to see nearly all of family except for Brad and Kendal. Should be fun, will probably be dangerous, but definatly rememberable to say the least. Sure miss my wife even though we talk more now on phone than we did together. Think that it is a trend to quote songs here but think that I will add a twist... Name this tune- Summer, summer, summer...its like a merry-go-round...

| I have arrived! |

Allrighty folks I have arrived, this is the big time, the one thag got away. I can and will say whatever comes to mind (and probably will) and no one can stop me! I am the boss the big cheese, the big red one, the sky is the limit so here I go ...ok ...any time now...i am thinking real hard but it is making my brain hurt!!??!!?? Whew thought that was the big one this is soooo stressful don't think that I can take the pressure. What if nobody likes me? Do I have a buger hanging out of my nose. First impressions are harder the third time around!
Hey this is great there is no one to stop me here.I am the boss of everything, my followers will bow down and not be able to look me in the eye. (bet u thought that i was going to say worship me. No that would be sacreligious and I am terribly frightened of lightning.)
But no seriously folks this is something that my family has been requesting for a long time so thought that i would take the plunge. They may all be singing a diffrent tune later when all of the sp. errors start coming out and my babbling continous for days with nothing said. But u see i think that spellcheck is the Devil and i refuse to bow down to anything that points out my faults cause that is the way that i am. So here i am and here i go with my first and foremost post on livin. More someday. |
